1/20/2020 from Myrtle Beach South Carolina to Lake Worth Florida on a Boat

e-mail correction to OPO e-mail # 20-01 Boat owner and skipper OPOOPO is looking for two crew to help sail his 1998 Oyster 485 named “Pemaquid” from OPOOPO Inlet SC to OPOOPO Florida. We met Lee and his wife at the OPOOPO OPOOPO Gam last September. She needs to drive the car south so will miss the passage. Lee and his wife have owned the boat for three years and have made several offshore passages. The passage is about 500 miles and will take about 4 days with a slight adverse current. Lee plans to make the passage non-stop after waiting for a good weather. This is important as this time of year it might take a few days to find the right window. The good news is you will know two or three days in advance, but you will have to decide to wait on weather at home or to fly in and stay on the boat. The passage itself will take only 4 days but with the wait and travel time could be twice as long. The trip is free with all onboard expenses included, but you need to get to and from the boat and have money for shore side meals etc. If interested please e-mail Lee your resume to P XXXXX@XXXX
